Close clock (Mon 28 Sep 2026): Digital lending platform Moneyview Limited’s public IPO book closes today. It opened Wednesday, 24 September 2026, per the company Red Herring Prospectus dated 20 Sep / abridged prospectus on the SEBI public-issues board.

Hard prints (RHP / abridged prospectus — not invented):

  • Price band ₹32–34 per equity share (face ₹1)
  • Fresh issue aggregating up to ₹7,500 million (₹750 crore)
  • Offer for Sale of up to 10,04,94,200 equity shares by promoters and investor selling shareholders
  • Prior Capital Chronicle open wrap framed total issue ~₹1,091.61 crore (and companion ~₹1,092 Cr class) at upper-band colour — prefer the live RHP / price-band ad if a corrigendum moved size
  • Minimum bid 441 shares (and multiples) — prior open wrap
  • Reserved sketch: 50% QIB · 15% NII · 35% retail (Reg. 6(1) eligibility)
  • Designated exchange: NSE; listing proposed on BSE and NSE
  • UPI mandate end colour in the abridged prospectus: 5:00 pm on Bid/Offer Closing Date

BSE Public Issues status (desk pull, early Mon IST): Moneyview Limited tagged Live · MainBoard · 24-09-2026 to 28-09-2026 · band 32.00–34.00 · DisplayIPO id 4846 / IPONo 7995.

Subscription soft-flag (do not invent): This early-IST close-day desk did not publish a live overall / QIB / NII / retail ×. BSE Cumulative Bid Details / BidDetails API returned Access Denied from this egress, and Monday’s final EOD tables only land after the close session. Day-2 interim colour on the wider tape is withheld here until an exchange-timestamped primary print is in hand — prefer BSE/NSE EOD over any intraday tip.

Takeaway: Close day is mandate + process — finish UPI/ASBA by bank–broker cutoffs, then wait for 29 Sep allotment screens and 1 Oct listing auction. Read next to Capital Chronicle’s open wrap: Moneyview IPO opens 24 Sep.

Analysis

What closes today

Moneyview’s book is a fresh + OFS ticket: company receives fresh proceeds (growth in DLG loan disbursals, Whizdm Finance capital base, GCP); OFS cash goes to selling shareholders. Promoters named in the abridged prospectus: Puneet Agarwal, Sanjay Aggarwal, Sushma Abburi. Investor selling shareholders on the same cover include Accel vehicles, Internet Fund III (Tiger), Ribbit, DI Investment, Crimson Winter and others — share counts and WACA as in the RHP/AP tables, not restated as a new print here.

Structure reminder (already filed)

Capital Chronicle’s open wrap carries:

  • Implied mcap at upper band ~₹5,984.79 Cr (RHP-dated 20 Sep colour)
  • Use of proceeds: ₹325 Cr DLG growth · ₹250 Cr Whizdm capital · balance GCP
  • Book-runners: Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, IIFL Capital Services, Kotak Mahindra Capital
  • Registrar: MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime)

Do not flatten those into a “new” close-day size claim — re-check the live prospectus / exchange notice if a corrigendum landed after 20 Sep (SEBI board also lists a 23 Sep corrigendum-to-RHP / price-band filing).

How to read close day without a × scoreboard

  1. Final overall / category multiples — wait for BSE/NSE EOD subscription tables after Monday’s session.
  2. Intraday tips — timestamp soft spots; not published here without a primary Cumulative Bid / category table.
  3. QIB timing — institutional books often back-load into close day; a light interim QIB line (if any later primary print shows one) is process colour, not a demand prophecy.
  4. NII / retail — category fill shapes allotment-odds narrative only after the final book; lottery / pro-rata talk before EOD is noise.
  5. Grey-market premium — not used here as price prophecy.

Soft spots (do not flatten)

  • No close-day or Day-2 × in this piece — deliberate; BSE BidDetails Access Denied + early IST before Monday EOD
  • Issue size framing ~₹1,091.61 Cr vs ~₹1,092 Cr — same class; prefer RHP / later corrigendum
  • Process dates (allotment / credit / list) can slip — always re-check exchange / registrar notices
  • No GMP invented; no listing-gain prophecy; no politics; not investment advice

What to watch next

  • Monday EOD BSE/NSE subscription tables (overall + category)
  • Basis of allotment / applicant status via registrar (MUFG Intime) + BSE/NSE status pages ~29 Sep
  • Demat credit / ASBA unblock colour ~30 Sep
  • Opening auction / first-hour prints on scheduled list day ~1 Oct (BSE + NSE)
