Analysis

HD Fire: ₹213.11 crore at the top of the band

The company’s IPO committee, with book runners Ambit, Anand Rathi Advisors and IIFL Capital Services, told the exchanges on 12 Oct that it had allotted 78,64,008 equity shares to anchor investors at ₹271 a share (face value ₹5, including ₹266 premium). That is ₹213.11 crore in total.

Of that book:

  • 56,52,331 shares (71.88%) went to nine domestic mutual funds across 17 schemes (among them schemes of HDFC, ICICI Prudential, Kotak, Aditya Birla Sun Life and UTI, plus Magnum Equity and others named in the filing)
  • 551,980 shares (7.02%) went to two life insurers (Bajaj Life Insurance and Axis Max Life Insurance accounts)
  • No pension-fund bids were received in the anchor portion

The public offer remains a pure offer for sale of up to 2,62,84,500 promoter shares (issue size on NSE also notes the 78,64,008-share anchor portion and an employee reservation of up to ₹1.75 crore). The company itself receives no IPO proceeds. Public bidding runs 10 a.m.–5 p.m. through 15 Oct, with the UPI mandate cut-off at 5 p.m. on the last day. LoanFront owner Vaibhav Vyapaar: public book opens

NSE’s LOANFRONT issue page confirms public bidding 13–15 Oct at ₹51–54, a fresh issue of up to 77,96,000 shares, and an anchor allocation of 22,00,000 shares from Monday’s book. At the top of the band, those 22 lakh shares equal about ₹11.88 crore (Capital Chronicle arithmetic). Full fund-wise allocation was not on the issue page at the time of writing — watch the company/exchange filing for names.

Minimum individual application stays 4,000 shares (two lots of 2,000) = ₹2,04,000–2,16,000. RHP snapshot and objects of the issue: Monday morning calendar.

Fusion CX anchors today; Ravita’s live NSE dates

Fusion CX (mainboard, ₹275–289, lot 51) takes anchor bids on Tuesday 13 Oct and opens to the public Wed 14 – Fri 16 Oct (NSE). Offer size stays up to ₹702 crore (fresh up to ₹500 crore + OFS up to ₹202 crore).

Ravita Engineering (RAVITA): Monday’s RHP timetable and our checklist used 13–15 Oct. NSE’s live issue-detail page this morning lists the public book as 14–16 Oct. Until the exchange page and any corrigendum align, treat Wednesday as the operational open date on NSE and re-check the issue page before bidding.

What to watch

  1. Day-1 subscription tables on NSE/BSE for HDFIRE and LOANFRONT as the session progresses (not available as meaningful totals before the book fills)
  2. Fusion CX anchor allocation filing after today’s book
  3. Whether Ravita’s exchange timetable stays 14–16 Oct or reverts to the RHP’s 13–15 Oct window
